Perfect for our brief stay
Liked: Good location, lovely room (upgraded) and helpful staff.
Disliked: Problem adjusting the air conditioning during the night.
Very dissapointed
Liked: Location.
Disliked: I arrived on Wednesday. The fridge in my room didn't work at all, I reported it to the reception staff. No body came. I reported the broken fridge on Thursday morning. Nobody came, I had to throw out the food from the fridge. I reported a non working fridge on Friday. Nobody cared. I reported it (AGAIN) on Saturday morning. A young technician arrived and replaced the fridge; the whole process took less than 10 minutes. He apologized repeatedly for his incompetent colleagues. He even gave me a voucher for a free drink at the bar. He was the only responsible and reliable person I encountered during my 5-day stay. Is this supposed to be the Hilton standard? Shameful...
Convenient location, comfortable room, bathroom modern and beautifully clean
Liked: Central location, clean, well appointed rooms
Disliked: Quite a lot of road noise due to sash windows
Great location and lovely room pity essentials like heating and internet access were problematic
Liked: Location and room size was amazing
Disliked: Struggled to get heating to work kept going to ac mode after a while. WiFi access not good
It provided a comfortable overnight stay in a great location
Liked: Great location close to St Pancras International that provided a very good overnight stay before a morning Eurostar. Warm comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. We also used the bar area for meeting friends which was quiet and relaxed.
Disliked: The Air Conditioning was terrible, the room when we came back from after a day out the room temp was 25 degrees...
