Very good
Very busy hotel but rooms are top notch
Liked: Room was very spacious and comfortable. Location is very convenient
Disliked: The hotel is huge. Common areas are always crowded and a bit noisy.

Disliked: There has been a huge mistake. On the first day, October 23rd, we were charged the agreed amount plus a deposit (1804,44€). Then, on the day we checked out, October 28th, not only did we not get our deposit back, but we were also charged the stipulated amount all over again (1495,25 €). We kindly ask you to resolve this error as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
Great location, clean hotel
Liked: Hotel is clean, staff were polite, great location. Good solid breakfast too.
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable but that’s personal preference. Lifts to high floors constantly having issues.
