Very pleasant stay in a great location

Liked: Responded quickly when our room had a water leak. Found us a better room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect -- did not have to go outdoors to catch subway.

Disliked: Did not routinely supply face cloths. Our original room was good but overpriced. Fortunately the room we moved to after the leak was better value (they did not charge us extra for it).
