  Overall, it was a comfortable stay as far as hotel is concerned, location is not so good

  Liked: Room was very comfortable, clean & providing all that is required for a problem free stay. Breakfast was having all that is a must to start a good day. Location was not good in a sense there wasn't any nice restaurants & shopping places around the hotel & to go to central London by taxi costs too much.

  Liked: View of Thames, airport, railway was nice. Hotel and staff were lovely, Area was nice, quiet and clean and brilliantly situated not far from the O2

  Disliked: Vending machine took more money and left us with 2 instead of 3 chocolate bars that we paid for!
