Generally ok!
Liked: Everything was perfect, except breakfasts. Well, it was classic British - without fruits, vegetables, and so on. Just one kind of bread, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Speaking of European kitchen it could be much better. Appreciate for gluten free package - bread, Cornflakes.
Disliked: Breakfasts. Very monotone. Didn't like it at all.
Liked: Considering London prices and the nice location, the included breakfast, and typical London rates, the price was actually very good value.
Disliked: The room was far too small for a family, and the kids' sofa bed was also quite small and cramped. On top of that, the breakfast area was incredibly crowded.

Disliked: Congestion during breakfast. During some days, residents had to wait for others to leave for them to find tables and seats.

Disliked: The room was clean but some of the tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and needed to be grouted. This made the bathroom feel old and not well taken care of.
