  Liked: Warm and friendly, so clean!! Breakfast was boss, the only thing I could've suggested was veggie sausages as an option! The lady in the breakfast room was a Queen. Absolutely lovely and went above and beyond. Location is great for central London and connection to anywhere really. Walking distance to loads of places.

  Disliked: Only the fact there wasn't a veggie sausage/bacon option.

  Liked: Staff are very kind. Location is good.

  Disliked: Breakfast is same for all days, and there is no more options. Room is very small; there is no refrigerator, wardrobe, slipper, and paper towel.

  Uncomfortable and incompetent management

  Disliked: We clearly booked a room with 2 single beds they gave us a double bed. So for the first night they made us pay extra for 2 separate rooms and the remaining 2 nights we were given the smallest family room available, so one of us had to sleep on a sofa bed which was ultimately attached to the double bed. They kept saying the two single beds aren’t guaranteed and it is a booking fault, but in the confirmation which I am attaching with this review, it clearly states 2 single beds. Management was unhelpful and it we wouldn’t have checked in at 10 pm, we would have definitely gone somewhere else. I would highly advise to look at the street view, cause there are plenty of cheaper options for better quality.

  Liked: Location was excellent

  Disliked: We had to change rooms due to shower not working no family rooms available so I had to share a bed with my daughter and my husband had to stay in another room

  Liked: Restaurant was a bit pokey. Maybe describe the fact that after more than 20 people it is packed

  Disliked: The tap in the bathroom (501) could not physically be turned to cold as the handle banged against the basin. Poorly designed
