Liked: Very friendly staff, not far from tube station. Comfy beds
Disliked: We'd booked a twin room but was given a double. Was quickly rectified by reception though. Also wasnt keen on the sausages at breakfast but that's more of a personal preference
Great place in the heart of London, with very friendly and helpful staff
Liked: Location was great, bathroom was clean, staff was really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The heating didn't seem to have worked in the room.
