  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Café Royal London. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly made our experience special was the exceptional service. A very special thank you to Mr. Shah at the reception. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. He always welcomed us with a smile and made us feel truly valued as guests. His warm approach and willingness to help with every detail made a real difference to our experience.   Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and extremely comfortable

  Liked: We had a suite, was extremely comfortable, great bed very comfy, was on floor 5 which was very quite, not disturbed at all. Breakfast was lovely, great friendly staff throughout the whole hotel.

  Excellent luxury stay in the heart of London

  Liked: Excellent unfussy decor, superb breakfast and dinner, served by excellent staff. Spa was never crowded and relaxing and the gm was superbly well equipped.
