  Great location, Roof Top bar needs upgrading

  Liked: The rooms were very clean. Good quality tea and coffee

  Disliked: First impression not so good. Turned up an hour early, after traveling from Edinburgh. To be told that even though our room was ready that we would have to pay an early check in fee or pay £10 per bag if we wished to leave these!! Roof top bar had a fantastic few, all the soft furnishings were tired and worn. Obviously due to lack of staff windows in the roof top bar were covered in children's fingerprints. Not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard, especially when it has a fantastic few over the city.
