Wonderful Stay – Spotless Rooms, Exceptional Staff and Warm Hospitality!
Liked: We had a fantastic stay at Hyde & Seek in London and would highly recommend this hotel! The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding – both our room and the entire hotel were spotless and easily deserve five stars. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious room on the 7th floor, which was very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, attentive and always willing to help. Communication was excellent at all times, making everything easy and pleasant. A very special thank you to the wonderful restaurant team! Their genuine warmth, kindness and cheerful attitude made us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay! We also greatly appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the hotel in arranging a late check-out, which made our departure much more relaxed and convenient. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London!

Very nice location opposite to the Hyde Park very quiet road
Liked: The room was clean, it was a new hotel very nice breakfast
Disliked: You have to be careful. There is many sizes of the rooms. Some are small and some big. Some rooms have window with no view.

Liked: nice size room with basic amenities, great location, the lobby and groung floor spaces are very good. nice staff and they immediately attended small problems due to the new facilities installed
