Very good
Liked: A very convenient property located near two metro stations and 300 meters from the River Thames, right in the city center. The staff is very welcoming; the room is spacious with very comfortable beds, a large bathroom, and a window. The continental breakfast is varied and plentiful.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Clean hotel, comfortable beds, good restaurant.
Disliked: Arrived at 3pm, could have done with more staff on reception.

Liked: Have stayed here a few times now when in London. Can't fault it. Easy to get to from St Pancras, right by the Southbank so great for visiting various galleries, St Paul's, the Festival Hall, you can even take a trip on a river taxi from here which I highly recommended. The staff are friendly and kind and the rooms are always nice and clean and although there's a nice bar it's a very quiet hotel Hope it always continues to be this way.
Disliked: Not come across anything I haven't liked about my stays here
