    Outstanding

Liked: Location and looks so well presented inside with recurved rooms looking 👌🏼

Disliked: Miscommunication originally, booked as was advised parking for blue badge was included not £26 charge. Lady on desk was going to charge me even though showed i had in black and white that it was free (hence booking the location on this alone.upon speaking to head office, this was waived and I was not charged at then end of stay and staff were very aware of this and was handled professionally and easily upon checking out. Which made my stay just as enjoyable from walking in the entrance to leaving the following day. Ill be more mindful that it wouldn't be the case next time for disabled parking (even if was reduced id happily pay, for me id possibly look else where or use just park locally as these prices were around half price upon searching. But the hotel was above expectation, service was still 10 out of 10 and there were no issues at the end of my stay,so I would most definitely recommend this hotel adding that the hospitality in the barnabys was impeccable and morning breakfast with lots of selection adding to an overnight stay or more being worth it.

    Poor

Liked: We didn’t stay. We was there for an hour and our room absolutely stunk so we complained. Half hour later somebody come up let themself into our room and went into the bathroom and flushed it a few times and left. We had watched the greatest showman with our 5 year old so the location was ideal but I feel we was dealt with unprofessionally. The smell got up the back of my throat and I couldn’t stay in the room we decided to leave. I feel like we should have been moved straight away especially with a five year old. When to tell the manager we was going to leave, I hadn’t mentioned anything about a refund but she come straight out and straight away and said you can’t get a refund because you booked with a third party. Could they sort us out another room I said no because that should have been done in the first place. Then asked me who came into the room a member of house keeping or a member of reception staff. I mean irrelevant it wasn’t dealt with properly. I then said if there isn’t anything to be done I’m not paying for parking and she said well o can’t gaurentee anything. Not in the hospitality industry myself I think it was pretty poor nothing could be done. I wasn’t expecting a full refund but something as it ruined our experience and we then went and paid for somewhere elseo
