  location is ideal but honestly did not think it was value for money

  Liked: honestly, the only thing ideal about this property was the location.

  Disliked: the pictures are very deceiving - would read reviews before booking! The room was teeny tiny. The bed was a boarded frame and the planks of would kept shifting off of it. The room was absolutely roasting with no air con. The mattress and duvet were stained. The floor was dirty and sticky. The bathroom was decent enough. Very hard to distinguish where to get the key card from. Took me and my partner 30 minutes walking up and down before we found where we were looking for. Left for the day expecting at least clean towels when we arrived back at 9pm at night - no clean towels were provided.

  Liked: The location was perfect. Walking distance to notting Hill and subway and bus stations close by. In the neighbourhood were lots of places to get food, groceries or coffee. The host who welcomed us was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again:)

  Disappointed. Better housekeeping and a note about the fridge would help

  Liked: Location. There was a chap who opened the door on the card return - that was a nice touch. There was a lift.

  Disliked: The main card switch turned the fridge off, so all the food from day 1 had gone off day 2. The main AC was broken and the portable was very loud. The soap in the shower ran out. The toilet when I arrived needed flushing…
