Fabulous
Could’ve been better very disappointed with outcome
Liked: Very spacious, has potential.
Disliked: Not clean didn’t meet our standards to what we paid for stains and marks on the walls, carpets, mirrors were not clean and staff were not helpful or considerate at all.
Disliked: Dirty carpet and uncomfortable bed. Does not issue an invoice

The accommodation has great potential. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t a comfortable one but steps were taken by the

Disliked: The bathroom and kitchen wasn’t as photographed so was mislead. When raised I was compensated although it did impact the sentiment of the stay going forward. The toilet was temperamental and didn’t work on arrival, eventually a permanent fix was made. The bath had a blockage so drainage was slow.
Liked: Fully equipped.
Disliked: bathroom tub does not flush well.
Couple minor problems both easily fixed, perfection otherwise
Liked: Location to the Excel Centre is a little walk of 5-10 mins but simple enough. Size, overall cleanliness and comfort plus ammenities available in the apartment were all fantastic.
Disliked: Minor issues. Bathroom sink functioned but blocked, would take about 30 mins for a full sink to empty; also meant cleaning it was difficult. Also previous guests had written on the dirty windows and it was still visible when we arrived.
