Liked: The apartment was clean and spacious, had everything we needed. Excellent location and the pack and play provided for our baby was great!

Disliked: Lots of stairs/not super accessible for strollers however this was advised in the listing description!

Disliked: Kula residences cancelled our reservation under 24 hours before our stay would have begun. We were offered a place in a totally different location, wich was very inconvinient to us. Customer service was poor and unprofessional even tough friendly.

Fab location, lovely apartment apart from a few little niggles

Liked: Location was fantastic, lovely apartment, spacious & well equipped

Disliked: The milk sachets were 2 years out of date so our tea curdled. No conditioner as shampoo was in that bottle which was labelled conditioner. No bath matt so I slipped over & out of the bath banging my head in the floor & bruising my legs. The door code was tricky to get in to.
