  We were out from early morning until the evening every day and needed a comfortable space to rest at the end of the day

  Liked: Great location Mini fridge with free water Staff was nice

  Disliked: Personal preference: I prefer showers with a glass panel instead of a shower curtains, the bathroom is a bit outdated, and no power outlets next to the bed. These weren’t big issues and I would stay here again

  Lovey hotel in quiet area

  Good for a short stay and fairly convenient for getting around, though the price was a bit high

  Liked: 1 A comfortable room for two people, offering a reasonable amount of space. 2 The room was overall fairly clean and tidy. 3 The staff were quite friendly.

  Disliked: 1 The hotel's location is quite hard to locate. On our first walk from the station, Google Maps had us walking in circles around the area, but after getting familiar with the directions, it was easy. 2 There was no air conditioning in the room. On our first night, the weather was quite warm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. However, the next night was cooler, so we slept well, though we had to keep the window open. 3 The hotel is surrounded by nearby restaurants and cafes, so it gets quite noisy at night. While I was able to sleep, my child couldn't. 4 The breakfast menu was repetitive with no variety, which was an issue since we stayed for several days. 5 The room's bedding felt a bit outdated, and they didn't replace our towels every day.

  Extremely soft mattresses

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: The bed was extremely soft, the softest I've ever had in a hotel. It gave me lower back pain and I couldn't sleep well. Not everyone is equally affected, but I think these mattresses are a poor choice regardless, and the hotel should reconsider them. I raised the issue with the staff and said that if they couldn't fix it, I'd prefer a refund for the remaining night so I could find another hotel. They said housekeeping would look into it, but nothing changed. They kindly offered me a free breakfast, which I appreciated, but it didn't solve the problem. I would have preferred honesty: telling me they couldn't fix it and offering to cancel the remaining nights. In short, avoid this hotel if you find very soft mattresses uncomfortable.
