  Liked: I arrived at the property the next day and asked for a few hours, but they didn't honour the request. I was upset, and we spent the rest of the day at a Starbucks coffee shop

  Disappointed that there was no one on Reception but great location

  Disliked: There was no one on Reception which isn't great for a woman staying on her own. Someone had to come round from nearby

  Location is great, cheap for London prices and ideal to stopover for one night

  Liked: Location and good value for money

  Disliked: Dodgy door handle. Despite an explanation of the handle’s unique nature, we still had to call over the 24hr guy to unlock our door at midnight.

  Convenient, pleasant place to stay near St Pancras station

  Liked: This hotel is in a great location, a short walk from St Pancras station. The owner was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Great view from our window. Lots of pubs and restaurants around, it’s a nice area.

  Disliked: Steep stairs and no lift were not easy for my husband with mobility problems. The room was very small.
