Fabulous
Will definitely return
Liked: The room was spacious and clean, with a large, comfortable bed, especially by London standards. Although the hotel gym is quite small, we had access to the gyms, pools and saunas at two other Leonardo hotels, which were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the view from our room on the 11th floor was great. The location is amazing.
Disliked: There was no breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
Liked: Bathroom was a good size
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. Cold and poor choice didnt eat it on both mornings. Had dinner and there was work going on was only told this when seated. So sat throigh dinmer with banging and knocking. Restaraunt needs updating
Next door to Aldgate underground station, very convenient location and clean & comfortable
Liked: Cleanliness, helpful staff, great location, convenient to find something to eat in the neighbourhood, might be less crowded during weekends.
Good and would be very good with some improvements
Liked: Clean, modern and next door to tube station.
Disliked: No toilet on the ground floor. The bar area is an extension of the cafe/restaurant and doesn’t have that good ‘bar vibe’
