  Liked: Location was perfect, 10 minute walk to Victoria ststion. Bedrooms,very tiny and bathroom very small but beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

  I was given my room key but wasn't informed that the room numbers had changed

  Liked: Easy to find, clean hotel.

  Disliked: When I checked in, I felt that the staff were not particularly welcoming and that there was a lack of trust. I was given my room key but wasn't informed that the room numbers had changed. My key indicated Room 1, but it turned out I was actually staying in Room 5. This resulted in me spending around 30 minutes trying to find the correct room. A simple explanation at check-in would have avoided all the confusion and frustration. What made matters worse was the lack of a genuine apology when the issue was raised. Unfortunately, this wasn't a great first impression and left me feeling disappointed with the level of customer service.

  Great, access to everything so matter what way you go
