Fabulous
Staff were very nice, specifically Safia and Musa
Liked: Very clean, accessible, safe
Disliked: The walk to and from the pool wasn’t pleasant
Very relaxing short stay will definitely be back
Liked: Great location with easy access to restaurants. The swimming pool is a wonderful addition. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are well designed and very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing
Very good and rightly recommend; would use again
Liked: The room was lovely and clean as well as the lobby and eating areas. Breakfast was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. I payed for parking on my first day of arrival and was told I wouldn’t have to purchase a second day when I asked about it. So therefore I could leave my car there while we travelled London and came to collect our car later that evening after checking out in the morning which went and along way and I thought was great customer service.
Disliked: Great facility and lovely to have on the property but unfortunately me and my girlfriend both thought the pool was a little cold.
Amazing hotel and stay
Liked: The hotel was amazing, easy to reach if you have data on your phone as it can be a little bit tricky if you reach from Canary Wharf. But if you take the DLR it's very easy to find it! The hotel is very clean and exceeded our expectations! The staff team was on point and helped us when needed. We also managed to leave our luggages on the last day after checking out without a fee which is a positive thing for London compared to other hotels in London. Canary Wharf is just 12-15 minutes walking from the hotel which is an amazing walk with amazing view!
Disliked: Nothing to add!
Liked: Staff was really nice
Disliked: We got room for disabled person and a bed where two people can’t fit in. Terrible.
Liked: Awful
Disliked: The room was awful as well as the food
