Great place for accommodation and easy access to transport. Excellent staff, particularly the night staff. Very helpful
Liked: Value for money. Clean. Easy access to Train Station.

Great for overnight stay in central London!
Liked: Able to check in later in the evening (was at a work function until about 9pm)
Disliked: The stairs! I was on the 4th floor so was very glad I only had an overnight bag - would have been tough if I had a larger bag!

Disliked: There were nice, large bath towels for all the guests. However, I would have liked to have small hand towels as well.

A clean and comfortable room for a night stop
Liked: A clean comfortable room for a night stop that was in an ideal location for my needs.
Disliked: Something that is difficult to avoid in a basement room in London, but the rumble of the Underground was distracting, although not enough to stop me sleeping after a tiring day. If I was to stay longer, I'd want a slightly larger, higher, room.
Good location but poor payment policy
Liked: Excellent location, good sized room
Disliked: Have stayed at the hotel on quite a few occasions but this time a pending payment for the total amount was taken from my account which is understandable, then on checking in I was asked to pay in full which I queried as the amount had already left my account to be told this would be returned within 17 days. Either take the payment or pay at hotel but holding this type of amount for this time period without upfront knowledge is not acceptable

The hotel reserves the right to pre authroise all guest's credit card for the amount of first night in case of general bookings in order to confirm the bookings.
