  Great location, but the apartment was a bit tired

  Liked: Great location for the Excel centre

  Disliked: It’s a little tired, especially the bathroom and carpets.

  The Pictures are Extremely Misleading

  Liked: Aqeel, the manager, and one other member of staff were very nice.

  Disliked: The listing photos show a bright, modern flat with white walls, a blue sofa, framed art and floor-to-ceiling windows. That is not the flat we got. We were put in flat 37 on the seventh floor of the Adriatic building, and it was ugly and decrepit. The furnishings were cheap. It had not been cleaned properly. The building has a distinct, unpleasant smell. There is no cooling. The flat sat at 26°C for the whole stay, and the fans made no difference. We had paid for late checkout. On the day of departure, staff asked us to cancel it and offered a refund only for the hours we had not used. We have never experienced that anywhere. They also charged our deposit, and we are still waiting for the refund. Apart from Aqeel and one other member of staff, the customer service was extremely unprofessional. The property is badly run. It has around 30 flats, and the photos on Booking.com are not of the one you will be given. Do not trust them.

  Good value, close to excel venue

  Liked: Great location, next to the excel venue. Very clean, tidy, well equipped. Staff was nice on arrival. Wifi is good.

  Disliked: Broken handle in the bathroom stored inside the mirror drawer. Not the comfiest bed. The view on the pictures are on the river, which is not the case on the appartement I was assigned to.

  Would return if price is right

  Liked: Nice Building with Concierge, very Secure. Lovely location.

  Disliked: Wifi was extremely bad, not acceptable for year 2026 and if you are travelling this is London. Everything else was good and good condition.

  Excellent value for money

  Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Couldn't ask for more. Very well organised and good communication

  Disliked: It might be a tiny bit worn for some people but for the cost and location it was amazing. Esyk Every thing was very clean and the kitchen was amazingly equipped. I would highly recommend for the price. Also there are lots of lovely places to eat just steps away especially the pizza bus, heroica lounge. Delicious!!!

  Very good location for Excel London but the stay was uncomfortable apart from that

  Liked: Location was very good if you are in London for Excel London

  Disliked: Facility has no aircons and directly lacing sunlight during long hours. The heat inside the apartment made my stay very uncomfortable. The windows of the apartment was very dirty. Both of the sinks were blocked. During the check out, I waited almost half an hour for reception guy to open the reception desk.
