Very good
Great location, good size family room, I would stay again
Liked: Staff were great, and checked us in early. We hadn’t booked breakfast but paid a discounted rate at the hotel The room was also great
Disliked: A pint of Lager was £9 in the bar, but wasn’t as fresh as you would have expected so that was disappointing. The swimming pool isn’t available before 9am on weekends so that was disappointing.

Hotel clean tidy, mainly comfortable not up to standard expected though. location just ok
Liked: Hotel looks well for the area which is a bit rough and gloomy and not as clean and tidy or modern as other parts of London...Booking in went well,staff were pleasant and polite and professional.....Breakfast on first morning quite nice and good variety of food service was good... Room was spacious enough clean tidy and comfortable..shower room/toilet was very nice indeed
Disliked: The staff weren't clear about taking a deposit for breakfast for second day even though I hadn't decided to have breakfast in the hotel at that point.... upon checking out staff member appeared to be NOT for refunding the breakfast deposit difference as I did end up booking the second morning for breakfast at the hotel..after insisting I should have the difference refunded back into my account he had to further speak with another member of staff. Maybe he didn't understand the system or scenario..however he then confirmed then difference would be put back into my account within 5 days. Also window in room No handle and was unable to open it ajar as the room especially at night was warm and stuffy and I had to use the air conditioning which at the lowest temperature setting didn't really alleviate the issue and made us more stuffy and difficult to sleep...
Comfortable hotel in Maida Vale
Liked: The location is easy to reach by bus or by two nearby subway stations. Good place to explore London. The Deluxe Room with Two Double Beds was good. Two comfortable large beds, TV, fridge, in-room coffee and kettle. Bathroom was good. Climate control worked fine. The staff was friendly and check in and out was quick.
Disliked: It was not clear, beforehand, that the gym and the swimming pool are outside the hotel, in the building next door. Additionally, the pool has reduced time to go with children, so it did not work for us when we had the idea of visiting the pool in the late afternoon after a day in the city.
Other than that we had a pleasant stay and the location was convenient for us
Liked: It was lovely, spacious and breakfast was good
Disliked: The room was very hot and when you put the fan on it was very loud
