  Liked: Location was good for Wembley arena

  Disliked: Towels weren’t great and smelled odd. Room was dated. I booked online and the hotel advertised free breakfast if you booked online but I didn’t get free breakfast. Staff asked for my ID on arrival but I wasn’t made aware of this before arrival. Staff wanted to photocopy my ID but when I asked why they didn’t give a reason.

  Had a wonderful stay here

  Liked: Had a lovely stay here..room had everything we needed and was very large..perfect for teenagers with me attending a concert..so close to Wembley Arena and lots of great places to eat nearby. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again.

  Great value, clean hotel

  Liked: Location was excellent for seeing Wembley Park. Not too far from the tube station & plenty of things nearby

  Frustrating

  Liked: The location and staff

  Disliked: The room was old, not accessible for a wheelchair user despite being the accessible room, the lamps didn’t work, the floor wasn’t very clean. I would not stay again.

Good to know

Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and for 1 car per room booked only. Any additional cars are subject to the advance permission of the hotel and will then be charged at the daily parking rate. Parking is free and it is available only until departure time 11am. Please note that free parking is available for cars only, not for busses or lorries.

Guest are required to present photographic identification at check-in (such as a passport or an ID card).

Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Discounts are available for Lifestyle Fitness at reception for all guests.

For nonrefundable bookings made, for example for Wembley Event days, payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.
