  Pleasant hotel in Pimlico

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating people running the hotel. Room quite small, but comfortable for sleeping. Very good breakfast. Good location with bus stop opposite and a short walk to Victoria station

Disliked: A little on the expensive side for the quality

Liked: My husband and I arrived as strangers and left feeling like we were friends. The staff and owners at Luna and Simone are terrific! So helpful, patient, and fun...always smiling. We had a great time in London due, in part, to having stayed at Luna and Simone's.

  Thank you

Liked: A booking at very short notice after my daughter and her husband were diverted to London and pretty much abandoned by their airline due to Storm Boelo. I really can't speak highly enough about how they were welcomed, and earlier check in. My daughter has raved about the hotel, loved everything about it.
