  Good facility average breakfast

  Liked: Great location! Nice facility but the breakfast was so average. I stayed for 5 nights and everyday it was the same breakfast same items all 5 days. The chef has the easiest job in this hotel

  A lovely, clean and modern hotel and perfect location for my family for airport transfer from Heathrow and to explore th

  Liked: Beautiful smell as soon as you arrive into the lobby Modern decor Comfy bed Perfect kitchenette for my family to have breakfast Toaster wasn’t working but got one replaced fast Needed extra pillows - arrived quickly Right at Lambeth underground and very short walk from Waterloo station From front door to London eye was less than 10 minute walk Right beside a Sainsbury’s local for snack and drinks Perfect for my family

  for the price - I have stayed in better hotels with great service for less

  Disliked: Efficiency of staff, cleaning rooms every 2nd day, not communicated to us on check in, hence we had to use the same towels the next day. No porters etc. to assist elderly people with luggage. I got the impression that they are cutting overheads - fewer staff some are trainees left alone to assist at reception.
