Good value for the price in an excellent location

Liked: The location was very good, less than a minute from Oxford Street. The Underground and bus stops were 5 minutes away, which made it a convenient spot to rest between activities.

Disliked: Even though we were on the top floor, the room was very noisy. We weren't given the Wi-Fi password; adding it to the hotel card or leaving it in the room would have been great. The hair dryer was ancient and had some burned plastic.

Liked: Excellent location, clean and tidy rooms with a private bathroom, and very friendly staff.

Disliked: The only downside was the noise from the air conditioning unit outside the window.
