Liked: The charm of the room was unexpected. The breakfast was exceptional. The location could not have been better. Rachel provided many recommendations that were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and a convenient location. Although our room was a little small on the first night, the staff kindly arranged a room change for us due to some noise issues. We really appreciated their helpfulness and the smooth process. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were happy with our experience. Thank you for your hospitality!
Disliked: There was only one elevator, which sometimes caused waiting times. The breakfast selection could also be improved, as the variety was limited and the same options were served every day.
Not as good as they think they are
Disliked: Room was small with too much furniture. Get rid of the wardrobe and provide a larger bed.
Liked: The hotel is really close to the metro station
Disliked: The rooms are really small and the breakfast for sure is not a “five star hotel breakfast”
