  Wonderful, I'd stay here again next time I'm in London

  Liked: This was a wonderful hotel. They gave us a glass of prosecco upon arrival, upgraded our room, and treated us to a tin of biscuits during our stay. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I thought the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive.

  Disliked: I'm not sure I disliked anything, actually. Maybe the location of this particular hotel isn't close to much but that isn't anything they can control.

  Top Class Stay with Wonderful Staff

  Liked: Excellent check-in; extremely helpful Reception staff who arranged to look after our luggage at 8am whilst we went exploring, then messaged when the room was available. Room was clean and very comfortable. Spa was super - had a lovely swim. Dinner was gorgeous.

  Disliked: The Aviary was very loud, although in every other aspect it was sublime.

Good to know

Children access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 this must be reserved in advance.

The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years.

Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out.
