Fabulous
Overall good
Liked: The hotel is in a good location and feels relatively new, with modern interiors. We particularly liked the spacious lounge area, which was comfortable and had a convenient on-site bar serving food, coffee and alcoholic drinks. There were also some thoughtful extras, such as a microwave, a fun Photo Booth. Although irons and ironing boards aren’t provided in the rooms, there is a dedicated ironing room on the floor. Being able to request cutlery directly from the bar was another convenient touch.
Disliked: Firstly, the lack of proper wardrobe space was quite disappointing. Instead of a wardrobe, the room only had a small metal hanging rail attached to the wall with a few hangers. There was very little space to store clothes, bags or personal belongings, which made the room feel quite impractical, particularly for a stay of more than one night. There was also no in-room safe, mini fridge or telephone, meaning that if you needed anything or wanted to contact reception, you had to go downstairs to the front desk. Although this wasn’t a major issue, it was a little inconvenient. The Chromecast feature on the TV unfortunately didn’t work properly. We struggled to connect our phones, and the range of apps available through Chromecast was quite limited. We eventually tried using screen mirroring instead, but this only worked with a Samsung phone and not an iPhone. Finally, our room was on the second floor, facing the side of the building, so there was no particular view, which in itself wasn’t a major concern. However, directly opposite our window was a delivery bay serving the neighbouring building. The noise from lorries arriving, loading and unloading deliveries made it very difficult to keep the window open, particularly at night.

Liked: Convenient, clean and new.
Disliked: Room was too hot, tried turning air con off but didn’t work so had to open window which had little to no effect. And lifts are very slow to call.

Disliked: The lack of personal attention, very large faces and very impersonal.... when we arrive at 9,30 in the morning they told us that the room was already ready but at a cost of £30 as the check in is late, they said from moon we can check in with no cost, to find out they want to charge £10 at noon... I was very upset... we just arrived after 15h of travelling and all is money for accommodation.....something that shocked me as I work in the business and I have never work in a place where you charge for a room that is already ready, if it's not ready you have to wait understandably, but if it's ready why? Is like let's rip people of... also I paid £18 pounds for a self service breakfast where you needed to clean basically your table, not mad about the price again it was an ok breakfast but... so impersonal, you need to clean behind yourself..... The last straw was when I left around 6.45am and I ask reception for the check out time I said I leave, but my husband stays as I'm flying, to receive a very upset call of my husband telling me that the key of the room wasn't working and he couldn't get in the room and ask her to activate the afán and she didn't want or so... it took the security guy to tell her to do it.... I mean...

Disliked: The AC system was very difficult to operate. We had an uncomfortable night because the temperature Was very difficult to regulate
