Good
Disliked: It was very hot, the fan was covered in dust, hoping that at least the window could be opened. But as it turned out, we were settled in the basement and the window didn't even open. The construction was also going on. Please note that if the window is covered with curtains in the photo, it means it's the ground floor
We had a good stay in the New Kent. The staff are friendly and helpful
Liked: Very near to the Bayswater and Queensway stations. Clean, have aircond+heater, complete set of kitchen ware.

Liked: Very local to why I went comfortable
Disliked: Was clean at first glance but I kept finding hair all over from the bed to shower. For 3 night stay didn't have sponges to wash up or dish towel and 1 coffee. Was not properly stocked
Liked: Clean and tidy. Great location.
