Exceptional
Dirty and smelly room
Disliked: Disgusting smelly and filthy room. The cleaning staff doesn’t actually clean, they only make the bed. Around and under the carpet you can find the life of previous customers: leftover crumbs, hairs, pins, candy wrappers, no wonder the room is smelly. People leave garbage in the corridor and it stays there until the next day. The reception staff could not be any slower if they tried, you must queue to check in despite having three separate computers, only one receptionnist works. Same for check out since the link sent online to check out faster does not work. Finally, it is far away from every main sites and activities, a real struggle to go back and forth. Very disappointing in every aspect.
One night business trip
Liked: Stayed there before and it’s great value. Clean and modern. Good location.
Disliked: Check in was poor. Reception wasn’t manned sufficiently so there was lots of queuing. I’d contacted in advance to check in at 1 pm. The hotel agreed this in advance which I was grateful for so I made travel arrangements around that. When I arrived at 1:30 it wasn’t ready and wasn’t ready in fact until 2:55. So I wasted time hanging around. The first guy had told me it would take 30 mins. Didn’t seem bothered at all and obviously didn’t check. I saw other guests checking in and going straight to their rooms.

Lovely hotel and exceptional staff
Liked: Lovely hotel but more importantly excellent staff. Pedro, the Guest Relations Manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and his hospitality and friendliness was exceptional. We will return. Thank you Pedro
Disliked: Nothing
Worth the stay but bring a camping air bed mattress for the painfully hard bed and a Roku
Liked: The property was interesting and chic with design mixing renaissance with a super flamboyant flare.
Disliked: The beds were painfully hard even after we requested a soft bed mattress topper. There was unreliable tv without streaming or casting capabilities.
