Very good
So Noisy. I won’t be back and a bit sore I paid over £300 to not get any sleep
Liked: Nice looking hotel, as you would expect for a few hundred pounds per night!
Disliked: The noise inside the hotel late at night was horrid! I understand this hotel, like many, is a venue for events, but if it is also taking money for regular hotel guests they should understand they might like to get some sleep. It was not at all possible due to the party noises from inside the hotel. I’m disappointed this isn’t thought about by management.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t as I’d hoped for. I like to see a menu rather than be told what there is, as you feel under pressure to make a decision immediately.
Liked: The staff were very polite and accommodating. The event venue is amazing but the boutique hotel is not what a boutique hotel normally offers.
Disliked: The ground floor room has a connecting door. But room 3 has no window!! That bathroom has no facility to put any of the cosmetics on any trays, or hang a towel. I think you cannot offer a room without a window! The price is too high for what it offers. Furthermore there is no restaurant, no mini-bar. You do get a limited complimentary breakfast but that's it.
