  Perfect Paddington Accommodation

Liked: Fantastic location, less than a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. The hotel was modern and clean, breakfast was great with a huge choice. We were able to drop our bags off early when we arrived and leave them on checkout day so we could enjoy London without having to carry everything everywhere!

Disliked: We had the Club Double and, whilst it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, it was exceptionally small! The angle of the en suite meant you had to be extremely flexible to get in and shut the door!

  Liked: breakfast is good

Disliked: I can't understand how this hotel can have 4 stars. The room is so small that two people can't stand, and there's nothing nice about it that deserves 4 stars. half the price and 2 stars would be much more fair

Liked: Although I discovered that my passport had been stolen whilst checking in at reception on the evening of my arrival, and I was unable to call the police from my foreign mobile phone, the receptionist kindly helped me report the incident to the police. This allowed me to check into the hotel without too much trouble, ensuring my stay in London wasn’t too chaotic. Over the following few days, the staff went out of their way to assist me—whether it was arranging luggage storage, or offering helpful advice—which really warmed my heart. Thank you to all the staff for their assistance.
