  Comfortable and good value

  Liked: Nothing at all. A total disappointment. I asked for an early checkout and a refund for at least two days, but they refused. I booked another hotel and didn't check out of this one so they wouldn't be able to resell my room. Then the staff came the next day and said, “We thought you were leaving.”

  Disliked: The condition of the room doesn't match the photos at all, and the price is too high in my opinion. It's clear that it hasn't been renovated in a very long time—the paint is peeling, there are stains on the blinds, the caulk in the bathroom has been torn out in chunks, and there's a hole in the baseboard. I’d understand if it were at least 40% cheaper, but for nearly 200 euros a night, something needs to change. The mattress is just awful—full of dents—the pillows are uncomfortable, and the bed is too narrow for two adults. We had to book another hotel because it was simply impossible to stay there. There’s absolutely no soundproofing. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to sleep!!! In addition to the noise from the street, the old refrigerator also kept us awake.

  Conveniently located, maybe better for a single person. Two people were very tight in the room

  Liked: Extremely convenient to the tube station and Notting Hill neighborhood.

  Disliked: There were not a lot of horizontal spaces to put things. We ended up putting our luggage on the kitchen chairs and that left no place to sit except for the bed. My makeup case lived on the floor of the bathroom because there was no counter or shelf.
