Fabulous
Great location, quiet rooms and comfy beds. Bedroom carpet stained and bathroom tired
Liked: Swimming pool, quiet room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Stains on the bedroom carpet (yuck) and shower was old with mouldy corners
Liked: Had a night stay at Novotel, back today. absolutely amazing place, nice and cozy. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Used swimming pool and sauna, very clean, organised. Perfect location, 20 min walking till London eye. Definitely recommend, worth every penny!
Decent, pricier for what you could get elsewhere, example US, Portugal, Spain etc
Liked: Good hotel room,a bit away from down town, but accessible by cab/public transport. Few restaurants and a Tesco around the corner, A cab ride to Buckingham will cost ~20 pounds
Disliked: Dont like the half shower door, where water falls outside the shower area. Makes a real mess on the floor once 2-3 people takes shower back to back.
It was short but good. The front reception had the best people, friendly, helpful and personable
Liked: Location was good but on a well traveled street. When we arrived we had to go down a side street to unload our luggage and there was no one from the hotel to help us.
Disliked: An area where we could unload in front of the hotel
Convenient place to stay in London, would definitely recommend we had a family room very spacious
Liked: It was clean the staff were friendly the facilities were excellent.
