  Comfortable stay near Tower Bridge

  Liked: The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is great, since it's on a pretty quiet street but still walking distance to many places in central London. Breakfast was pretty good too, and the staff at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly.

  Disliked: The wifi didn't really work. Even basic apps or websites just didn't load. I wouldn't recommend working from the hotel room.

  Liked: Excellent location near tower of London and tower underground station. Hotel was lovely very clean, reception staff friendly and helpful. Good quality breakfast and wide range of food selection.

  Disliked: Ate in the restaurant for dinner one evening, found food average. Main issue we found service in the bar and restaurant area below par with the exception of Faye.

  Great!

  Liked: The entire stay was great. The staff were especially nice, Intizar, Alexandra and Samora. They helped us with accessing our tickets on Vivid seats for the NFL Texans game we attended. They assisted with transportation, WiFi, sight-seeing, you name ii, they did it!! Samora came to our room to assist w/the tv. It wouldn't work and she came and flipped the breaker and got it to work.

  Slightly pricey

  Liked: The location is great. Super close to the Tower Hill station which is a key subway connection stop. Close to the river and located in a very clean area.

  Disliked: The price for Wednesday and a Thursday is very high compared to other hotels nearby and breakfast is just okay.

  Overall a good experience, great staff at the reception, very kind and helpful

  Liked: The location, the facilities

  Disliked: The room service. The self service area wasn’t clean( tea, glasses cups etc. Very difficult to contact the reception for any help as no phone in the room. No water kept in the room atleast for 1 day when the guests arrives from the airport

  The experience doesn’t line up with the cost

  Liked: Location, comfort, breakfast

  Disliked: Shower situation is ridiculous-turning on you get wet and cold, water all over the floor One elevator was not working the entire trip and caused long waits They didn’t clean our room until the 3rd day or resupply towels, coffee, tissues until we called Nespresso machine broke Not sure why storing vacuum in hallways is acceptable
