Liked: The location and room was exactly what we wanted for our stay in London. As someone who likes to make their own food, the kitchennte was a welcome bonus.

Disliked: The only negative was that the bed was rock hard.

Liked: The room was being cleaned and the bed was made every day during our stay. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. We had a kitchenette, although small, but it had everything we needed.

Disliked: We really didn't like the neighborhood, it was sketchy and we didn't feel very safe, especially walking in the evening. It would have been nice if the kitchen had something to wash the dishes with and a hand towel. Also there was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls.

Liked: We previously stayed at The Nox in Kilburn and were excited to try another one of their locations. The hotel is conveniently located, around an 8-minute walk from Edgware Road Station, with plenty of cafés along the main road. We booked a Jacuzzi suite, which was a decent size and included a small kitchenette. The room itself was fairly good, and the receptionist was polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, our room was on the ground floor, and there was a faint smell of damp/sewage in the corridors. Sadly, this smell also travelled into the room, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi itself was okay, although it didn't have the headrests provided at the Kilburn location. Overall, it was a decent stay, with a convenient location and polite staff.

  Ideal stop over

Liked: It is an ideal location with great for access to London Paddington station and Edgware rd underground. The staff were nice and the room did exactly what it needed to.

Disliked: The bathroom smelled really fusty when we first arrived but the smell seemed to go away after we used the shower. And we really LIKED the kitchenette area. We were able to make ourselves a little breakfast at a fraction of London prices, BUT, it would have benefited from a few bits like a tea towel, salt and pepper etc.
