  Good for its price

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Overall you get all the essentials for an accessible price (for central London).

Disliked: We didn’t get hand towels. When we checked in there was no toilet paper (they brought more the next day though). Since everything’s made from cheap materials, it looks used and dirty, even though it was cleaned. But again, i guess it’s best you can get for this money in London.

A lovely stay in a great location, with a spacious and comfortable room. We would happily return!

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing what we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring London.

Disliked: Only body towels were provided in the room, so it would have been nice to have hand towels available as well. However, extra body towels were available upon request.

Nice hotel, nice staff, great stay

Liked: Very nice hotel in a very nice area. In de neigbourhood there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Metro is only a short walk from the hotel and Hyde parc is just around the corner. Great staff, we had a couple hours delay with our flight. They arranged a key-pick up in the other hotel.

  Disliked: Nothing at all.

A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and a Warm Welcome

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London! Although the room was quite small, it was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, tidy, beautifully furnished, and had a lovely view through the window. The staff were absolutely lovely, always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help with all our requests. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage both before check-in, while our room was not yet ready, and after check-out. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
