Pleasant
Good value for money
Liked: Great location, good value for money, nice ensuite
Disliked: Please add a mattress topper! Not only is it more hygienic but we could feel the mattress bobbles through the bed sheet
Two night stay
Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in the perfect spot for my visit to London. It was a compact room, but had all the essentials and I had great views as I was on the 3rd floor.
Disliked: The TV would not work, and I did mention it to reception as I left for the day, but said not to worry.....the man on reception was very nice & said he could move me to a different room, but I said it wasn't really that important to me so not to bother. Also the (rubber) showermat was dirty-so maybe they need some spares (but I just didn't use it)
Un sejur excelent
Liked: Buna pozitionare, zona superba,un hotel boutique bun
Good base for visiting London
Liked: Convenient for Earls Court tube station and Chelsea. Room had modern appearance and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Noise from surrounding roads but this is a London issue not just specific to this hotel.
Liked: Good location, close to tube, clean, helpful and kind staff.
Good for the price
Liked: Close to the train station, shops and food.
