  Lovely and clean, staff very nice and location was good for what we wanted

  Liked: Location was good. Welcomed with a smile and it was very clean.

  Disliked: The steep stairs, with a big bag they were awful. No tea and coffee in the rooms but then didn’t read all the blurb so my fault for choosing the venue.

  You get what you pay for

  Liked: The location and the price.

  Disliked: It confused me why they put us all on hold, but when we complained through booking.com, the rooms magically are available. They all made us wait and didn't even offer a chair for us to sit and were slouching by the reception. Waiting is not the problem - we can wait. We can sympathise when things like this occur. It's the attitude they showed us as if we are in the wrong. The rooms aren't cleaned and nothing is provided except for towels.

  Fantastic budget guesthouse with friendly staff in a superb area close to amenities

  Liked: The closeness to the coach station and tube station were so convenient for us. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The shower was so lovely and powerful… didn’t want to get out. Hand wash and shower gel also provided which is a nice touch. Hairdryer in the room also. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in room as it’s a budget guesthouse but upon asking at the front desk a kettle and a mug was given to me for the evening.(We bought our own teabags). And don’t take milk so wasn’t a problem. Bud if you do have milk be aware there is no fridge in room either so you would need to bring a cool bag or use the UHT stuff that doesn’t need refrigerating.

  Disliked: Cleanliness/dusting could have been better in the room and the lift broke. So not accessible to those who have mobility problems as a lot of stairs and they are quite steep.

  Disliked: We asign to 4rt floor room 45 with 2 luggage and 2 pavcbags but the Lift is not working. We have to use the spiral like stairs. My wife has a problem with her knee. We ask for room change but the recepcionist told us that its imposible. Ko

  Ideal for an overnight - handy for Victoria - nice area - great value

  Liked: Perfect for my needs - one night in London for a professional engagement - straightforward clean and comfortable room in a good location. Nice to be in a hotel where I am able to open a window.

  Disliked: Water pressure's a bit low when your room is right at the top.
