  Liked: Location was perfect and staff very helpful and so responsive. Truly great customer service and support.

  Disliked: The beds were tiny, uncomfortable and the floor was terrible and broken up. Jammed my toes and my son who had recently had a partial foot amputation hurt his foot and opened a closed wound. Be careful of flooring in unit 9 on second floor. Also laundry machines are super gross but we were able to hire laundry company to do a load and it was quickly done.

  Great stay

  Was adequate and good location, clean

  Liked: Location, was good, able to prepare food, clean

  Disliked: No comfortable chairs Shower hard to get in, rubbish piled up outside our room outside the window and often rubbish at the door step. No reception and no instructions on how to get into the building.

  Excellent location

  Liked: Excellent Location and Comfortable Accommodation The apartment was in a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from Paddington Station, with plenty of eateries and grocery stores close by. We were upgraded to the family room, which was spacious and provided extra beds, making the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with ample utensils and crockery, while the bathroom was adequate and functional. The bedding was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The self-check-in process was straightforward, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the apartment. Overall, a very comfortable stay in an excellent location, with everything we needed close at hand.
