  Nice property

  Liked: The property is in a good neighbourhood, and everything was cleaned properly. They provided 2 soaps, 3 shower gels, and 3 shampoos - more than enough for our 3-night stay. It was nice, quiet, and clean.

  Disliked: The locks on the door were genuinely confusing. My roommate and I were terrified we'd be locked out of the apartment one night, and since the property doesn't have a reception and the online reception only works until a certain hour, we wouldn't have been able to ask anyone for help. Also, the property does warn about this, but just a heads-up: the stairs are very narrow, and there isn't a lift. We were travelling with just our backpacks, so being on the top floor didn't really bother us, but if you're thinking of travelling with suitcases, be warned.

  Clean comfortable and good value

  Liked: V clean, comfortable easy access

  Disliked: Would be helpful to know which floor the apartment is on at time of booking, it was fine for me the top floor but my husband found stairs very difficult due to a health problem. I misunderstood the description and so was my mistake but maybe make people aware before they book. Thank you, apart from this the apartment was excellent.

  Pleasant apartment

  Liked: Clean accommodation, very central location with good transport links. Easy check in staff in office always available Kindly let me have early check in.

  Disliked: No toaster in kitchen, and bed was clean but very hard mattress and not very strong base. I should have asked for lower level as have mobility issues but never so was put on third floor without a lift,not great especially with luggage.

Good to know

The property operates a self-check in system and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2pm. If you have booked within 3 days to arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.

Please note that the studio does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided.

The building does not have a elevator.

Identification (Passport or ID) may be requested of guests by the property for local bookings. Driver’s license not accepted.

Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 people and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots for additional guests.

Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleans will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room while the room is being serviced.
