Liked: The staff were friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast was well worth the money and they had something there for everyone. The room had everything one needed and was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Disliked: There was no lift and far to many stairs i was on the 3rd floor. And the room was very small but did have everything I needed.

Liked: Great location, near Paddington/lancaster gate stations, nice walk to Notting Hill and park very short walk away. Decent size room for 3 people, especially for London location.

Disliked: The rooms are not soundproof and we were woken each morning by upstairs stomping around. Could hear people neighbouring room snoring. Not much that could be done about this so didn’t mention to staff.

  Great stay, great location

Liked: Location fantastic. Room excellent, clean and comfy, modern. Daily cleaning and crisp white linen. Staff super friendly and helpful during my stay. Didn't have breakfast at the venue so can't comment on that.

Disliked: Downstairs reception could do with an update and looks worn but otherwise great. Staircase is narrow and as there is no lift it was a challenge to navigate a large suitcase up the stairs but the hotel staff did offer to help. Didn't use the aircon as wasn't necessary but good to have aircon.

Great location and staff, but no lift

Liked: The location is excellent! It's a 4 minute walk to the Lancaster Gate tube station.

Disliked: There is not a lift. The bathroom doesn't have any shelving next to the sink.

Liked: The location is good. My room is clean and very comfortable for one person.

Disliked: Climbing up the stairs up to the fourth floor with my luggage was not a good experience. Wished I was given a lower floor room.
