Amazing stay! we will be back
Liked: The staff were friendly and attentive. They made us feel welcome and made a fuss of our daughter. The room was spacious. The pool was also very lovely.
Superb but be vigilant for the 5% service charge
Liked: Really nice experience. Very friendly professional staff. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was great with good transportation links. Following a last minute change of plan we had to drive and park overnight. The hotel team were responsive following my message and told me where to park offsite. Breakfast is nice with a lot of choice. My husband enjoyed the swimming pool.
Disliked: Beware the 5% service charge! On check out this was explained to me and I asked for it to be removed. I object strongly to this Americanisation of UK hospitality.
We will definitely book here again!
Liked: Very clean and excellent facilities. Great location under a minutes walk from Liverpool Street station. We didn’t use the pool or spa but it looks great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome card and chocolate in the room. Breakfast was really nice and there was a lot of choice.

Disliked: It would have been perfect if we could have got an early check in but they were too busy
Great Staff Horrible Experience
Liked: The staff were really nice and supportive which I appreciated.
Disliked: However, we went to the bar downstairs near the lobby and was told we are not allowed to be in there due to it being 21+ even though the legal requirement is 18+. Which is upsetting because we came down to sit in the bar area and have a lovely chat however we are told to sit in the lounge which we sound a bit annoying. On top of that, the pillows were really hard and uncomfortable and there was no hot water coming out the shower - so we had to use alternatives in friends hotel.
