  Disliked: Terrible experience! ！ We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the second floor in this building back in September 2025. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and we had a wonderful stay. When we returned to London this September, we wanted to book the same building again. Unfortunately, the second-floor unit was already taken, so we booked this apartment on the fifth floor for three nights, paying the full amount upfront. What followed was an absolutely dreadful experience. First, the lady who contacted us before check-in was rude. She insisted on an in-person handover at a fixed time, unlike our previous stay, where we were given instructions to collect and return the key independently. She also required a £300 security deposit in cash. We arrived at the agreed time, only to find the lift was out of order. We had booked this apartment assuming lift access was available. One of our travel companions is an elderly person who has had knee surgery and cannot climb stairs. We explained our situation and asked if we could cancel the booking until the lift was repaired. The host refused outright, saying our mobility issue was our own problem and the broken lift was not her responsibility. She claimed the lift would be fixed the next day. We had no choice but to climb up to the fifth floor. Once inside, we were shocked. The decor was gaudy and tacky. Worse still, the listing advertised two bedrooms, but there was only one bathroom. The bedding was brightly patterned, not the clean white linen we expected. To make matters worse, we were told we could not wear shoes indoors, yet no disposable slippers were provided. We had already paid in full with no refund. We ended up having to book another hotel at the last minute, meaning we paid for two places overnight. We also had to arrange an in-person check-out inspection to get our deposit back. The lift remained broken on day two, day three and even on our check-out day.

  Beautiful quintessential Knightsbridge

  Liked: We were so lucky to get this apartment for the exact dates of our trip! It is right in the middle of our favourite part of London and offers the quintessential Knightsbridge red-brick building, high-ceilings apartment experience. The interior design of the apartment is fantastic and Iris has been an amazing, friendly, and very helpful host. Top notch front to back. Looking forward to staying again!

  Liked: This place is stunning and was perfect for our family visit to London. Woke up to amazing views of Harrods and the Knightsbridge courtyards. Very close to every single transport, store, market and museums. The owner was a lovely young lady who was helpful and available., The house was clean comfortable and beautiful. We’d definitely stay there again!
