  Good location, friendly staff, would use again

  Good stay

  Liked: The location was excellent easy excess to tubes and buses. Breakfast was very nice enjoyed the cooked breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean.

  Disliked: Ask reception to handle a couple of issues which weren't taken care off, namely television was not working ( no signal) and my wife had asked for extra milk for the tea facilities. Although this did not spoil our stay if was irritating.

  It’s ideal for short term business stay

  Liked: The location is great and the staff is very friendly.

  Disliked: I stayed for seven days and room was made/ cleaned to different degree every day. There seems no SOP for housekeeping. Sometimes facilities were not kept in good conditions.
