  Great hotel, great location, great staff. The rooms need freshening up with a good clean

  Liked: Staff were great. Reception area was impressive. Facilities on offer were great value. Gym and sauna great.

  Disliked: Room cleanliness - the room seemed worn around the edges. Paint on the furniture was scruffy. Grime around the toilet and shower floors. The pool booking system prohibited us swimming with kids the first full day we were there as all booked up and couldn’t book ahead. Children’s bed wasn’t made up on arrival and then subsequently when we returned in the evening. Had to ask for staff to setup up.

  Good stay

  Liked: Nice rooms, well equipped

  Disliked: We were given two rooms - one on the tenth floor, one on the 4th on the opposite sides of the building. This was an inconvenience since we are family with children
