Liked: Close to all attractions, person first time visiting want to see. Walking distance to Westminster, Buckingham Palace London eye.
Disliked: Bathroom - some love required. Lots of the stains on the floor in the corners. Horrible smell coming from the sinks. Floor in main room damaged in few places. Breakfast- nothing special - not much choice of vegetables tho. Restaurant in hotel- food not worth the money. Dry pizza - tiny lasagne, sour tomato sauce.

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location. The room and bathroom were a good size, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The disappointment was with the service we received. Upon arrival, I asked the receptionist whether we needed to make a booking for dinner. I was told that no booking was required and that we could simply walk in. I was also informed that the restaurant was open from 7 pm to 11 pm. However, when we arrived at the dining room shortly after 7 pm, we were asked by the staff member whether we had made a reservation. This was confusing and disappointing, as we had specifically checked with reception beforehand and had been assured that a booking was not necessary. The conflicting information from the hotel staff resulted in an unpleasant experience and could easily have been avoided with better communication between departments.
