Very good
Plush & comfy stay
Liked: It was a very stylish hotel that had a real feel of luxury. We only had one night there so is difficult to fully review the facilities. Had a very tasty breakfast with lots of options and even cooked us a couple of vegetarian sausages to go with our cooked breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, slept extremely well. Location was perfect both for the event at Battersea Park we were attending and for Battersea Power Station. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: I felt there could have been more sockets in the room. I really had to hunt to find a second one so I could charge my phone (my daughter had already bagsied the first). Although listed as having a car park it is alongside and does not belong to the hotel. That said I felt for London it was reasonably priced to park for 24 hours.
Nice hotel but needs more staff
Liked: Nice clean and new hotel.
Disliked: Highly understaffed hotel, no response from phone and staff are very busy. Need more staff to service guests.
